Our Clinic Changes After Covid-19
After so many weeks of being closed, we are thrilled that we are opening the doors of our clinic again. We want to share with you the changes we have made and somethings which have stayed, reassuringly, the same.
Our first priority is your safety whilst you are in our care.
We will give you free PPE
We feel that this is part of our service to you, so we won’t be making an extra charges for PPE.
We have a Covid Protocol in place.
We have thoroughly researched best practice in terms of running our clinic as a result of COVID-19. We have done a risk assessment and will be undertaking strict cleaning protocols. You can read more in our COVID-19 Policy here
We have a pre-assessment questionnaire
Before your visit, we will contact you to find out how you are. If you have any signs or symptoms of COVID-19, we will ask you to call 111 and we will re-schedule your appointment.
We will not charge for Follow Up appointments
After your visit, we will contact you to see how you are and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
If you’ve had Botox or fillers or any invasive/injectable treatment we will offer you a free follow up in our clinic in 2/3 weeks.
We will not charge for prescriptions
If you are having Botox, you will not be charged for prescriptions. The price we quote you is the price you’ll pay. No hidden extras.
We have undertaken extra training
We have all done rigorous COVID-19 infection control courses, which means that we understand what we need to do to keep you safe and follow Government guidelines.
While somethings have changed, our core principles and ethos have stayed, reassuringly, the same.
Because your safety and comfort is so important, we want you to have confidence in our ability, the quality of our work, our credentials and experience.
We are:
- Members of Save Face UK (A Government approved register of practitioners which is recognised by The Department of Health, NHS England and The Care Quality Commission)
- Members of ACE (a network of registered qualified practitioners and a great resource for you to find out more about treatments)
- Accredited trainers with Hamilton Fraser Insurance – (our Insurers who have their own recognised training course scheme)
