I’m absolutely delighted with my results! From the initial consultation, Nurse Jane took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood the different options available. I really appreciated how she listened to what I wanted and recommended the treatment that was best suited to me. I felt completely comfortable and in very safe hands throughout. Having never had any treatments before, I had NeoGen and Botox over the last few months. Jane was amazing! I was quite nervous but she really put me at ease and she explains everything really well. I would just like to share after researching lots and lots regarding facial laser and other non surgical treatments. I found Dr Joe to be remarkably honest with a thorough listening to assessment. He was genuinely interested in my story, concerns and opinions. It wasn’t about any hard sell at all. I felt completely at ease and felt I could at last trust someone. So far I have had one Neogen treatment and two Derma V treatments. The aftercare is superb. And can always get a response to any query or concerns.
