Is a thread lift painful?

Safety & Side Effects
As with any aesthetic procedure, temporary side effects can occur and usually settle within a few days, including mild pain, swelling, slight asymmetry, skin rippling/dimpling, bruising or minor irregularity at the treatment site. Rare risks include thread migration, weakening of fixation or infection — all of which are discussed fully at consultation, along with how MEDfacials minimises these risks through careful anatomical placement and doctor-led technique.
The Procedure and Aftercare
Applying APTOS threads takes around 20 minutes in a treatment room. Most people are able to resume work the same day after the procedure.
