Although I feel reluctant to write this I feel you should know that i felt my specific concerns were not fully acknowledged today with the focus being on further treatment?
I recently underwent two treatments at MEDfacials after the initial and promising consultation in which I specifically spoke about my main areas of concern.
The professionalism of the friendly staff is exceptional and the clinic itself is spotlessly clean, creating a welcoming environment.
However, three months post-treatment, I have observed very little change specifically in the areas I wanted targeted and were my main concern which were discussed fully at consultation, so I contacted the clinic for an appointment.
During today’s appointment, Dr. Joe reviewed before-and-after photos and noted slight improvements, but I struggled to see any significant difference, especially in the areas of my primary concern. It was recommended that i undergo two additional treatments, which again are expensive and beyond my current budget.
This experience has left me questioning whether further treatments is worthwhile or if I should embrace aging gracefully.
While I appreciate the clinic’s ambiance and the staff’s friendliness, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of noticeable results and the prospect of incurring more costs without guaranteed outcomes.
